My instruments are varnished using natural resins, oils and pigments. They are finished with a patina that gives them a slightly aged look allowing them to blend in well in the orchestra.

Each Instrument is set up for its optimal performance in terms of sound and comfort for the musician. I am always happy to work with the player to fine-tune the instrument to suit their individual requirements. 

I enjoy all stages in making an instrument from selecting the wood to setting up the finished violin and to the delight of hearing its voice for the first time.
